About Smart Interactive
1. What is Smart Interactive?
Smart Interactive creates interactive, curriculum-aligned digital learning resources designed to save teachers time and engage students. Our products are used in classrooms, interventions, tutoring, and home learning across schools worldwide.
2. Which products are included?
A Smart Interactive subscription gives access to one or more of our specialist products, including Numeracy Warm Up, Numeracy Workout, Maths Workout, ICT Workout, and CS Workout. Each product has its own website and focuses on specific areas of learning.

Access & Device Compatibility
1. What devices do I need to use Smart Interactive products?
All Smart Interactive products are web-based and require an internet-connected device with a modern web browser capable of running HTML5. No software installation is needed.
2. Do your products work on tablets and iPads?
Yes. Our products work on most devices, including iPads and Android tablets. While some products are not fully optimised for smaller screens, we recommend trying the free samples to ensure compatibility with your devices.
3. Are there recommended browsers?
Our resources work in most modern browsers. For the best experience, we recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
4. Can resources be accessed from multiple devices?
Yes. Schools can access Smart Interactive products from multiple devices at the same time, making them suitable for classrooms, ICT suites, and home use.

Trials & Getting Started
1. Do you offer free trials?
Yes. We offer a 7-day trial so you can explore a product and make sure it meets your needs before subscribing. Trials can be requested via the relevant product website.
2. Can trials be extended?
Trial periods are limited to 7 days and cannot usually be extended. However, our support team is happy to help with any questions during your trial.

Logins & Usage
1. Do students get individual login details??
Currently, each school receives a single shared login per product. Students and teachers use the same username and password. Individual student logins and tracking features are in development for some products.
2. Is there a single-click login option?
Yes. Single-click login links can be created so students don’t need to remember usernames or passwords. These are especially useful when linking from a VLE or school intranet. Details can be found via the relevant product website.
3. Can login details be shared publicly?
No. Login details must not be displayed on publicly accessible websites or materials. They may be shared securely via your school’s VLE or private communications with students and parents.

Content & Features
1. Can I download the content?
No. Smart Interactive resources are designed to be used online and cannot be downloaded.
2. Are the activities self-marking?
Yes. All Smart Interactive products feature self-marking activities with instant feedback, reducing teacher workload and supporting independent learning.
3. Do your products track student progress?
At present, Smart Interactive products do not offer student progress tracking. We are exploring options to introduce tracking and data features in the future, but these are not currently available.

Ordering, Subscriptions & Billing
1. How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed in one of the following ways:
- • Complete the online order form using the 'Order' button on the menu
- • Email a purchase order or order request to info@smartinteractive.co.uk
Once we receive your order, we’ll confirm the details and set up access to your subscription.
2. Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We are happy to accept official school purchase orders.
3. How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are available for 1, 3, or 5 years, with discounted rates for longer terms. Subscriptions are paid upfront for the selected duration. Invoices are issued once an order or purchase order has been received.
4. Can I renew a subscription before it expires?
Yes. Subscriptions can be renewed at any time. Renewals are added onto the end of the existing subscription, with no loss of access and no change to login details.
5. What happens when a subscription expires?
We’ll contact you before your subscription ends to ask if you’d like to renew. Subscriptions are not renewed automatically without your approval.
6. Can I cancel a subscription or get a refund?
Subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you’re never obligated to renew once your current subscription expires.

1. What support is available?
Support is available via email for all Smart Interactive products. Response times are typically within 24 hours during business hours.
2. Is student data secure?
Yes. We take data protection seriously and follow strict security and privacy practices to protect user information. Our systems comply with relevant data protection regulations.
