ICT Workout

Interactive ICT resources for confident digital students

ICT Workout is an online ICT learning platform designed to support GCSE ICT, vocational ICT and NQF Level 1–2 courses. It helps students develop the practical digital skills they need for school, work and everyday life through clear explanations, visual teaching materials and interactive activities.

Unlike computer science courses that focus heavily on programming, ICT Workout concentrates on how technology is used in real-world situations. Students learn how computers, software, networks and digital systems work in practice, making it ideal for mixed-ability classes, intervention groups and students who need a more accessible route into ICT.

With over 600 interactive activities and more than 750 presentation slides, ICT Workout gives teachers a complete set of ICT teaching resources in one place. You can introduce topics using the built-in presentations, then let students practise using the matching self-marking activities — keeping lessons consistent and easy to manage.

Levels

ICT Workout supports GCSE ICT, vocational ICT qualifications and NQF Level 1–2 courses, and is widely used for revision and preparation for Level 3 study. It provides a strong foundation in digital skills for students at all ability levels.
